Why I built this.

Most people teaching this stuff stopped doing deals years ago.

I started in real estate in June 2024 as a sales rep at another wholesale company in Connecticut. My last month there I had my first $10k+ commission month.

In February 2025 I went out on my own. Less than a year later I'm ripping $100,000 months, a lot of it still off foreclosure outreach.
